QUIET HOURS: City code sets quiet hours: 10 pm–7 am. For the comfort of our neighbors, outdoor lounge spaces are CLOSED during quiet hours. Be cautious of noise on decks, as noise travels in this quiet community. If excessive noise or disturbances occur resulting in notification by police or neighbors, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the reservation. PARKING: We allow up to 3 cars on the property in the assigned parking spaces. NO STREET PARKING: This is an ordinance set by Lincoln City for Vacation Rentals. This is strictly enforced, as our license to rent the home is contingent on compliance and can be revoked for violations. Violations and fees may apply if the city is contacted. Please see parking details in the listing. PET POLICY: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets for $65 per pet per stay with advance notice. Unauthorized pets may result in loss of your damage deposit or additional charges for damages. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, bring your own pet bed or crate, and never leave pets unattended. Always clean up after your pet and use the provided towels by the doors to wipe paws when coming in from outside. Waste bags are provided outside the front door. Pets must be up to date on flea treatments and vaccines. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. Thank you for helping us keep our home pet-friendly. NO PARTIES or EVENTS without consent from the owner. Nob Hill is a quiet community and has a zero tolerance policy for disruptive parties. Party fines start at $250, up to forfeiting the rest of the stay and any damages or fines. SMOKING POLICY/FIRE SAFETY: Smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, vape pens) is not allowed inside the house, and you may be fined for the cost of removing odors left by any kind of smoke. You are also prohibited from lighting candles (aside from birthday candles), incense, or any other items that could start a fire. Our sea life and forest creatures appreciate it! NO FIREWORKS OR CANDLES: Birthday candles are allowed. No other candles or ignitable materials are allowed for safety reasons. Guests are responsible for any damage caused. GUEST ASSUMES ALL RISK: Guests agree to hold the owner, host, or other contractors for High Tide Hideaway harmless for any injuries as a result of guest negligence or not following the aforementioned rules. Renting this home comes with the expectation that you and your guests will promptly report any incidents or damage, and may be held responsible for any damage to equipment, interior or exterior of the property, amenities, or any other areas or items belonging to the home.
Other Details to Note
Occupancy: The house sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 queen beds, but can fit up to 8 with the use of the upstairs and main floor sleeper couches, which can be adjusted to lie flat. The sleeper couch on the main floor is short and best suited for a child. Parking: The driveway is quite steep. Please use caution when entering and exiting. Lincoln City code allows up to 3 cars on the property in the designated parking spots (no street parking). Pets: We allow up to 2 well-behaved pets with a $65 per pet per stay fee. Don't leave pets unattended, limit barking, and make sure to collect all waste. Thanks for helping keep our home pet-friendly! Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire home. Entry is seamless with a Smart Lock on the front door, located on the LEFT side of the house. You will have access to all rooms, decks, and amenities described in the listing. Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the steep concrete and gravel driveway. Please park only in these designated spots.

The nearest beach access point is at NW 26th St (just one block north!). This access point has 50 steps down to the beach. Find more accessible beach access at 15th St (fewer stairs and a wide ramp). There are also Mobi-mats available seasonally at D-River Wayside, SW 33rd St, Nelscott, and SW 51st St, and beach wheelchairs available to rent through the city. Restaurants, shops, and bars are a few blocks away (or about a 15 minute walk) on Hwy 101.
