Main floor: *Living room: Settle into the large living room, featuring ample seating, a flat-screen Smart TV for your personal streaming apps, and a cozy electric fireplace. *Kitchen and dining: Prepare meals in the full kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender, plus cookware, dishware, wine glasses, and cooking essentials. Enjoy meals in the large dining room. *Bedrooms: This floor includes a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top). Both have room-darkening shades. *Bathroom and laundry: A full bathroom with a standing shower and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Upstairs loft: *Game room and workspace: The large upstairs family room features a pool table, a comfortable double futon with a privacy screen, and a dedicated workspace with a large widescreen monitor. *Primary suite: The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and a full en suite bathroom with a combination bath and shower. Outdoor area: *Step outside to find direct trail access, a large private hot tub, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining and seating area. *A full garage has plenty of bikes, cornhole boards, and other amenities that are available to guests. QUIET HOURS: City code sets quiet hours: 10 pm–7 am. Be cautious of noise outside, as noise travels in this quiet community. If excessive noise or disturbances occur, resulting in notification by police or neighbors, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the reservation. NO STREET PARKING: This is an ordinance set by the Sunriver Owners' Association. This is strictly enforced, as our license to rent the home is contingent on compliance and can be revoked for violations. PET POLICY: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets for $65 per pet per stay with advance notice. Unauthorized pets may result in loss of your damage deposit or additional charges for damages. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, bring your own pet bed or crate, and never leave pets unattended. Always clean up after your pet and use the provided towels to wipe paws when coming in from outside. Waste bags are provided outside the back door. Pets must be up to date on flea treatments and vaccines. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. Thank you for helping us keep our home pet-friendly. NO PARTIES or EVENTS without consent from the owner. Parties fines start at $250, up to forfeiting the rest of the stay and paying any damages or fines. SMOKING POLICY/FIRE SAFETY: Smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, vape pens) is not allowed inside the house and is not permitted in most areas of Sunriver. You may be fined for the cost of removing odors left by any kind of smoke. You are also prohibited from lighting candles (aside from birthday candles), incense, or any other items that could start a fire. Our forest creatures appreciate it! NO FIREWORKS OR CANDLES: Birthday candles are allowed. No other candles or ignitable materials are allowed for safety reasons. Guests are responsible for any damage caused. GUEST ASSUMES ALL RISK: Guests agree to hold the owner, host, or other contractors for High Tide Hideaway harmless for any injuries as a result of guest negligence or not following the aforementioned rules. Renting this home comes with the expectation that you and your guests will promptly report any incidents or damage, and may be held responsible for any damage to equipment, interior or exterior of the property, amenities, or any other areas or items belonging to the home.

Occupancy: The house sleeps 6 guests comfortably in beds (2 queens, plus a bunk bed with a twin top and a double bottom) and can accommodate up to 8 with the use of the upstairs double futon. Pet fee: A fee of $65 per pet (up to 2 pets) applies for the entire stay.
